"We recently had an inground fiberglass swimming pool installed by Opal Pools, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! Jeff Messer and his team are outstanding to work with. From the very first consultation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about every step of the process. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, helped us choose the perfect pool design, and walked us through all the options for decking, lighting, and landscaping. The installation itself was very smooth and efficient. The crew showed up on time every day, worked diligently, and kept the worksite clean and organized. It was clear that they take pride in what they do. They do what they say and say what they do. That is hard to find in a company these days. What really stood out was the communication and customer service. We always knew what stage the project was in, and any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. Even after completion, they followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable with maintaining the pool. We did run into an issue about 3 months after everything was complete. Made a quick phone call, and they were here the next day to assist and correct the issue! Customer service at its BEST! Now that it’s finished, our backyard feels like our own private resort! The pool looks great, and we’ve already enjoyed countless hours relaxing and entertaining family and friends. If you’re considering installing a new pool or upgrading and outdoor space, I can’t recommend Jeff Messer and Brian Schramm with Opal Pools enough. They combine top-notch quality, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. Give them a shot. We are very glad we did!"
